We received scanned copies of the financial statements and undertook tasks such as cleaning the images from debris, optical character recognition, reformatting in Excel, and adjusting the formats of the financial document packages to enable downloading. Subsequently, our team meticulously entered and reconciled the data to ensure accuracy and completeness. The verified documents were then loaded into the balance sheet processing software, streamlining the audit process and enhancing the efficiency of financial analysis and reporting.
